We ship QuQ pieces from our studio in Vancouver, Canada to customers around the world. Every order is packed by hand in elegant, reusable packaging — ready to wear, or ready to give.
Processing time
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Made-to-order pieces: handcrafted just for you. Please allow 7–10 business days before your order ships.

All orders are sent with tracking. Delivery times below are estimates after dispatch and do not include processing time.

Enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over CAD $200 (before tax). The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect address & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. QuQ Jewellery is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Lost or delayed parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, international shipping times can occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays. If your tracking has not updated for more than 14 business days, please contact us at hello@quqjewellery.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
